Commercial TrainingOur long track-record in public funded training is mirrored by a strong history of working in the commercial sector. Over the last 20 years we have worked with a broad range of customers, including household names like Ladbrokes, Royal Mail and the Metropolitan Police to produce customised training programmes either to help them recruit staff or to help them develop their own staff. Our programmes cover the gamut of staff training needs including:
We will happily design the training programme an employer and their staff want and need. Most recently we have been commissioned to support employers through Train to Gain funded training which we often combine with commercially commissioned programmes leading to NVQ accreditation for staff. We are happy to design programmes specific to need and deliver them either at our own adult training centres spread across London and the South Coast, or to use event facilities or to run them “on the shop floor” of the employer's premises. We ensure that before we train your staff, we understand your business. Testimonials and Track RecordFair Cities, BT Openreach and Community Systems Fair Cities Brent worked with BT Openreach to attract a more ethnically diverse workforce reflective of their customer base. This gave disadvantaged people without qualifications who ordinarily could not access apprenticeship opportunities at Openreach, the opportunity to achieve relevant equivalence qualifications in 12 weeks. The process included collaboration between Openreach, Community Systems and the employment, skills and education system.
