Train to Gain

Helping your business get the training it needs to succeed

About the Train to Gain Programme

Train to Gain is a national skill service funded by the Learning Skills Council (LSC) to support employers of all sizes and in all sectors to improve the skills of their employees as a route to improve their business performance. It is a commitment to jointly invest in training, by employers and government. It is designed to help businesses solve the problems that they might face when thinking about identifying training needs and choosing the right solutions.

What Community Systems Can Offer

Community Systems are contracted by the Learning Skills Council to deliver services for Train to Gain. The programme offers a real opportunity to the employer to train staff in the work place. Depending on the circumstance, training can be fully funded by the Learning Skills Council (LSC) at NVQ Level 2 and in some cases up to an NVQ Level 3. The learner is taken through an initial assessment to ensure they are given the right support to achieve the qualification.

Community Systems are an accredited centre for City & Guilds and are working towards Matrix accreditation.
