Quality
At Community Systems our commitment to quality is wholehearted. It spans the entire organisation and extends through everything we do. In short, it is pivotal to what we do and how we do it – and means that every aspect is scrutinised, evaluated and where necessary improved, on a continuous basis.
To prove our commitment:
- We have a dedicated Quality Department headed by a Senior Manager that promotes all in house QA systems and procedures
- Our MI and Data Department supports all quality improvement through the collation and dissemination of live performance data
- Every Manager and staff member has individual and collective responsibility for delivering a quality service
- We also use outside monitoring bodies to judge how well we do what we do including:
- Ofsted
- Matrix
- DWP FAM
- Awarding bodies (incl City and Guilds)
- AND we ask our customers – ALL OF THEM – Funding bodies, employers, partners, our own staff, and our learners both on-programme and after they leave to tell us what we do well, what needs improving and how best to do it
- What is more….. We LISTEN to what they say AND react to it
- We are committed to continuous improvement, to sharing good practice and to spearheading excellence.
