How We Work With Delivery Partners

Working With Partners

We currently work with over 350 local employers in London and Hampshire many of whom see us as an extension of their organisation:

  • a solution to their recruitment problems
  • a source of new employees
  • a training resource for their existing staff
  • a means of retaining and developing their existing staff
  • a way of planning for their future

We work closely with employers to help them identify their staffing and training needs and ensure that we can meet them.

Employers are a crucial part of our organisation – not just through commercial training – but also through government funded training for unemployed adults.  We need to understand their business, trends in the various commercial sectors etc and we frequently involve employers in our programmes through

  • tailoring – for example interview preparation for a particular employer
  • programme customisation – running vocational training in areas such as health & safety, food hygiene etc
  • employer presentations
