Welcome to Community Systems (part of the Tom Boo group). Community Systems is now reaching its 20th birthday so has been in operation for many years. During these years we have seen massive change and demand in the labour market and we, as most companies, have learnt to change to allow us to move with the times. Throughout these years we have enabled people from all walks of life to develop their own personal aspirations and goals, working alongside companies/employers to enhance and develop their own workforce to ensure they move with the times as well as their staff. We pride ourselves in our caring but real approach and most certainly believe that staff are the biggest asset of any successful business, whether they are at the beginning of their career journey or already well established. Our main objective in our services is to get people into work whilst also supporting employees that have been in the workforce for some time. Community Systems is owned by the Tom Boo group and works alongside its two sister companies, Tom Boo Day Nurseries who specialise in childcare from 6 weeks to 14 years old and Pink Personnel who specialise in Recruitment and Workforce supply. The group is owned by our very “hands on” Managing Director Claire Thraves who thrives on making changes to people's lives. We now operate out of 10 main sites throughout London, Bedfordshire and the South East of England.
