Welcome to Community Systems. Community Systems is a training provider that has operated for over 25 years. During these years we have seen massive change and demand in the labour market and we, as most companies, have learnt to change to allow us to move with the times. Throughout these years we have enabled people from all walks of life to develop their own personal aspirations and goals, working alongside companies/employers to enhance and develop their own workforce to ensure they move with the times as well as their staff. We pride ourselves in our caring but real approach and most certainly believe that staff are the biggest asset of any successful business, whether they are at the beginning of their career journey or already well established. Our main objective is to help people into sustainable work providing: IAG, Job Brokerage, Sector Specific Training, Employability and Basic Skills. All of these services can be provided by outreach teams or from our 8 main sites throughout London and the South East of England.
